Overall was very good.

Very nice and friendly hotel, the staff was very nice and polite. The facilities are very good, nice pool and terraces. The food was ok, average, I would rate it 7. The place is super clean, and the staff was amazing. That's really make the difference. This is a 10+.

I think that the quality of the coffee and food can be slightly improved.

Hotel extremely clean. Staff friendly, food let this down or it would’ve been a better review.

Poor choice of food. And alcholic drinks were not tasty I.e rip off of branded items Put signs around pool if u don’t want people to smoke otherwise no one knows! Instead of being told by other guests

Great location and friendly staff

Large poolside facilities, nicely spaced room. Cleaners around every day. Large common room area to relax once checked in

WiFi service was dropping all the time, the lower ground floor where I was staying had no mobile signal. Walls are very thin so you can hear the cleaners and guests talking outside your room all the time. My room lost power a total of 9 times in 7 days.

pleasant Hotel, would stay again.

As cyclists the secure storage room for bikes was excellent, overall hotel was spotless albeit a bit dated. food was more than acceptable. staff were friendly and courteous.

Very friendly staff, the lack of English tv was an issue but eventually solved Fter 3 nights without.the bar lady from Estonia was always smjng and very helpful.

The animation team at the beginning of the week were extremely poor but the Friday and Saturday girl wS very good.

We had worm like creatures appear in the apartment. Breakfast was good on the first day. Day 3 the choice was not as good.

Exceptional service and spotlessly clean . Good variety of food. Every nationally catered for. Entertainment/activities run by Andrew at the pool were excellent.

Hotel is located across the road from late night pubs and clubs...can be noisy especially at weekends, but the manager Luca organised a room change and it was better.

Lovely staff, very clean, comfortable beds - but let down by the quality of the dinning-room food.

We had asked when booking, if were possible to have a room and balcony with the sun in the morning - we got the opposite side of the hotel which did not receive sun in the morning - or, in the evening, when we returned from the Pool at 6pm On two occasions when we went to the pool side bar for lunch (at lunch-time) we were informed that the chef had gone for her lunch and we would have to wait until the chef returned before we could have lunch. This was unbelievable, that we could not get lunch at lunch-time because the chef was on her lunch!!! The dinner (food) in the restaurant was very mediocre and was warm - but not very hot. In the morning, it was hit or miss as to how the fried eggs were done - please have a manager look at the Bain-marie and see the way they are presented. On one morning over a two week period, a chef came out the front and fried them on the hot plate and they were perfect.

Great winter break

Our room on the 8th floor was perfect, close enough to hear the music from the downstairs pub from our balcony but far enough away from it that it didn't disturb us once we were inside. Breakfast was what you would normally expected - fried food, cereals, yoghurts and fruits, variety of breads.

The pool area we weren't keen on as the smoking area was far away from the sunbeds, bit of a nuisance if you're a smoker.
